Withdrawal & Transfer Certificate Policy
At Christ the King Senior Secondary International School (CIS), we ensure a structured and transparent withdrawal process for students who may need to discontinue their studies due to personal, academic, or relocation reasons.

Withdrawal Process
- A student must be enrolled for at least one full academic year before seeking withdrawal.
- Parents/guardians must submit a written request for withdrawal at least one month in advance to the school office.
- The request must clearly mention the reason for withdrawal and should be signed by the parent/guardian.
Important Terms & Conditions
- In case of failure to provide prior notice, the parent/guardian will be required to pay one month’s tuition fee and any other relevant dues before the withdrawal is processed.
- All library books, school property, and other borrowed materials must be returned before applying for withdrawal.
- Dues Clearance: The withdrawal process will be initiated only after clearing all pending fees (tuition, transport, library fines, etc.).

Issuance of Transfer Certificate (TC)
- A Transfer Certificate (TC) will be issued upon successful completion of the withdrawal process.
- The TC application must be submitted along with a written request stating the reason for transfer.
- The processing time for the TC is generally one week, provided all formalities are completed.
- No Transfer Certificate will be issued if there are outstanding dues.
This policy ensures a smooth transition for students while maintaining the administrative integrity of the institution.
