Admission Procedure

Step 1: Registration

• Admission to all classes is based on merit and seat availability.
• Students seeking admission must first register with the school.
• Upon registration, the Prospectus and Admission Form can be obtained from the school office by paying the prescribed fee.
• The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Step 2: Submission of Application Form

• The completed application form, along with the required documents, must be submitted to the school office within the given deadline.
• Incomplete applications or those without required enclosures will not be considered.

Step 3: Entrance Assessment & Interaction (If Applicable)

• Depending on the grade applied for, students may be required to appear for an entrance assessment to evaluate their academic proficiency.
• An interaction with the Principal and faculty members may also be conducted to assess the child’s suitability for the curriculum.

Step 4: Confirmation of Admission

• Selected candidates will be notified, and parents must complete the fee payment and other formalities within the stipulated time to confirm the admission.
• Once admission is confirmed, a unique student ID will be generated for school records.

Documents Required for Admission (Mandatory Enclosures)

All applicants must attach the following documents along with the admission form:

• Birth Certificate (Original & Photocopy)
• Aadhaar Card (Student’s Copy)
• Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previously attended school
• Eight (8) latest passport-sized colored photographs

Important Notes

• Admissions are strictly subject to seat availability.
• Any false information or missing documents may lead to cancellation of admission.
• Parents are encouraged to complete the process at the earliest as admissions are granted on a first-come-first-served basis.
